1. Who is this program suitable for?​​
A Mindful Path is for any person who recognizes a need for greater emotional awareness and regulation in their lives, and is ready to create space for more inner peace and balance. If you have been struggling with stress, anxiety, worry, or overwhelm this program will help guide you on your wellness path while also equipping you with skills to use in your everyday life.
2. Do I need to have experience with Mindfulness or Meditation?​​
No experience is needed! All content including the PDFs, MP3 recordings, video recordings, and LIVE group coaching calls are meant for beginners through to those with experience to engage in the learning and practice. Begin your journey where you are.
3. How is the weekly content delivered?​​
Each module's PDF is delivered each week to your email inbox, followed by the LIVE weekly group coaching session.
4. How do the LIVE group coaching calls work?​​
Live group coaching calls are weekly on Thursdays from 7-8 pm EST. They will be recorded and added to the course platform if you’re unable to attend the live call. The Zoom link for the live call will be included in the email with your weekly PDF for each module.

My journey to holistic wellness began many years ago at a time in my life when the naïve, picture-perfect life that I had designed for myself started to stray off that linear, blinders on, no room for detours pathway. I was not equipped mentally or emotionally for the lack of control, the overwhelm, the anxiety, the sleep deprivation, the stress, and the expectations that never seemed to end. There were so many roles to play, which meant that nobody was getting the best of who I could be, especially me. I couldn’t keep up, until my body finally let me know that I didn’t have to anymore.
That is how I found myself sitting in the office of a psychologist who opened my mind and my heart to a world of holistic practices that not only helped me to heal mentally and emotionally, but also shifted my thinking, my beliefs, and the direction of my life. I was introduced to mindfulness, specifically the connection with cognitive therapy, as well as EFT Tapping, and meditation. She helped me to learn and to believe that I could help myself. Even after we had both moved on in our lives, I continued to learn and practice. I also built mindfulness into my teaching at school, where I saw profound positive impacts on my students.
Life never did return to that straight linear path that I had created as a young, idealistic 20-something woman. In fact, there have continued to be ups and downs, curves and major detours along the way. And even though there were times when I thought I would fall off my path of healing, I came back stronger, more confident, wiser, and grateful.
Welcome to A Mindful Path, a 6-week program that will help you to bring the quality of Mindfulness into your life. I am passionate about helping others learn and practice the skills that have been essential in my own mental and emotional wellness journey through the course of my adult life. Learn to bring greater awareness to your emotions, and then regulate them through skills and practices that you can continue to use in your life as you navigate the ups and downs, the curves and detours. Join me as I help to guide you to a greater understanding of and compassion for yourself as you return to calm inner peace.
